1. Order Confirmation

Once we receive your order details, our team will process it within 24 hours.

After that, one of our staff will reach out via call, text, or Messenger to confirm your order and provide the complete details for payment and delivery.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

After your order is confirmed and payment is made, we’ll start preparing your unit right away.

• If Stock is On-Hand:
• Our team will verify and pack your order immediately. Expect delivery within 5–7 days via J&T Express once your order is successfully placed.
• If Stock is Out-of-Stock or for Pre-Order:
• Expect 2–3 weeks or more delay depending on production and supply.
• Don’t worry — our staff will keep you updated from time to time and make sure your unit gets delivered once it’s ready.

3. Shipping & Delivery Fees

We ship nationwide using trusted courier partners like J&T Express and other logistics providers.

Shipping fees are based on your location, weight, and volume of the order.

Our team will inform you of the exact shipping cost during order confirmation.

For bulk or wholesale orders, especially outside Zamboanga City, we coordinate directly with major shipping companies.

Shipping cost will follow the courier’s rate or the agreement stated in the sales contract between both parties.

4. Payment Options
